Israel Police determined that no evidence supports Likud's assertion that the recent Knesset election was stolen.

The dispute began on Wednesday when the Likud party issued a statement accusing Arab political groups of widespread fraud. The party claimed that bribery, intimidation, and ballot manipulation skewed the results. Likud specifically alleged that thousands of envelopes containing cash were placed next to ballots for the Ra'am party. The accusation also included claims of voters entering booths together, duplicate identities, and the use of prohibited software to mobilize voters. The party demanded an immediate investigation by law enforcement.

The national police responded on Thursday morning with a statement dismissing the allegations. Officials noted that election day proceeded with only a small number of unusual incidents related to electoral integrity, a level comparable to previous elections. The police emphasized that neither their investigative work nor their intelligence gathering produced evidence to back the specific claims made by the opposition party.

The police statement directly countered the Likud narrative by stating that the allegations lacked foundational proof. No public evidence has been released to show that Arab parties systematically manipulated the outcome. The assessment places the political party's detailed accusations against the technical findings of the national law enforcement agency.

The next step in the process involves the formal counting and certification of results, though the police report suggests the official tally will proceed without a pause for a major forensic audit based on the current data.
