A 24-hour self-service kiosk now operates in Denver International Airport.

The kiosk is part of a new Olive & Finch location that opened this week in Concourse C.

The addition marks the latest entry for a Denver-based restaurant group into the airport's dining scene.

Founder Mary Nguyen is expanding the brand's presence in the Denver area.

The Concourse C spot serves the full Olive & Finch menu.

It also includes Bar Finch and the grab-and-go kiosk for travelers.

This opening follows a trend of local eateries securing spots at the airport.

Tocabe, The Bagel Deli, and Williams & Graham are already established there.

The Bindery and Uncle have also opened locations at DIA.

Jax Seafood House is the next local brand expected to arrive.

Meanwhile, a tax dispute briefly halted service at Ruby Good Shoes in Park Hill.

City officials attempted to seize the property on Wednesday for unpaid back taxes, penalties, and fees. The restaurant remained closed for part of the day. Support from social media influencers and the mayor's office led to a reopening on Thursday. The timeline for a permanent resolution is unclear. Owner Hasena Williams owes approximately $5,000. She stated that the balance is mostly penalties and fees on late payments. She has asked the city to waive the charges and provide a low-interest loan to keep the business running. The restaurant is also home to La Croissanterie Denver. That bakery is run by Rafael de Jesus Rufino, a nominee for Pastry Chef of the Year. He blends French patisserie with Brazilian influences. In Aurora, Maiwand Bakery & Cafe opened its doors. The shop is located at 10551 E. Garden Drive. In the Edgewater neighborhood, Black Box Cafe opened at 5901 W 25th Ave. This is the sit-down expansion of Black Box Bakery, which previously operated in Edgewater Public Market. The new location is less than a mile from the original spot. It adds ice cream, chocolates, and coffee to the menu. Eternal Flavors Bakery also completed a move this week. The shop relocated from Bear Valley to the former Azúcar Bakery space on South Broadway. The grand opening took place on Friday, Nov. 6. Other new openings this week include Benihana Express at 1370 16th St. and Onto Coffee at 140 Clayton Lane. Kura Sushi opened in Greenwood Village on Nov. 4. One establishment closed its doors during the same period. Hunter Bay Coffee Roasters at 5600 Olde Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada ceased operations. The 5280 Burger Bar at 500 16th St. is temporarily closed.
